Professional Services Director

We are looking for an experienced Director, Professional Services for a team of motivated employees who deliver professional services and complex IT and software projects spread across the Nordics. As the leader of this organization, you will be responsible for driving project revenue, profitability, and customer success. Locus AS part of Enghouse has an extensive portfolio of products. You will be responsible for operational management and P&L for large projects or projects. You will collaborate, work together, and support other departments in managing existing business and winning new customers. This is a **hybrid role**, requiring 2-3 days per week in the Sandefjord office, reporting to the VP Operations Transportation.
