We are seeking a skilled Windows Service Desk Specialist to reinforce our FHVi Service Desk during the Windows 11 transition.


  1. Draft and structure support procedures and knowledge base dedicated to Windows.

  2. Accompany service desk agents on new procedures and KB updates.

  3. Take charge of complex Windows 11 incidents, qualify/prioritize tickets, escalate to N2/site technicians, and ensure rigorous reporting in EasyVista.
