Roles And Responsibilities
- Review and validate all eInvoice configurations created by the Professional Services Engineer against the approved specification and customer requirements
- Execute end-to-end QA on eInvoice workflows, including preprocessing rules, error conditions, special cases, and file-handling logic
- Validate email notifications for eInvoice workflows, including recipients, content, triggers, file delivery paths, schedules, and naming conventions
- Test and verify all standard ServiceChannel data feeds (Location, Location Notes, User, Asset, PO/Work Order feeds) for structure, mapping, and successful processing
- Review and confirm file structure, content, and logic across XML, JSON, CSV, TXT, and other supported formats
- Execute positive and negative test cases to validate error handling and edge case behavior
- Document defects, inconsistencies, and improvement needs in Jira with clear reproductio...
