Professional Systems Engineer

Full-Time | Permanent Contract

Location: Lucerne - Hybrid and Flexible

We're partnering with a well-established Swiss tech company that designs and develops its own enterprise software solutions across ERP, and CRM. As they continue to grow, they're looking to add Systems Engineers to their dynamic team-supporting both internal systems and a diverse portfolio of forward-thinking clients.

Your Role

  • After a structured onboarding at our modern campus in Rothenburg, you'll take on diverse and engaging tasks, working both on-site with clients and remotely:
  • Maintain system platforms for clients across German-speaking Switzerland.
  • Configure and manage networks, servers, and clients.
  • Set up and support Microsoft products.
  • Respond to alerts and events from platform monitoring tools.
  • Handle system-related service calls.
