We are seeking a motivated Technical Support Analyst Intern/Coop to provide first-level technical service and support for technology users at corporate offices, customer centers, and field staff.
- The role involves installation, maintenance, testing, and acceptance of new information technology products and services including account creations terminations end-user security installations connectivity configurations coordination with vendors second level support on issue resolution.
- Provide technical assistance on desktop mobile productivity tools MS Office applications web browsers operating systems.
