Job Description
We are looking for a professional scriptwriter to collaborate long-term on a YouTube channel with a strong documentary and narrative focus.
This is not generic storytelling. We are looking for someone who understands structure, tension, pacing, and retention, and knows how to write for YouTube's algorithm and audience behavior.
Channel Style
Serious, documentary-style narration
Clear structure with strong hooks and progression
Real stories and real contexts (no exaggeration, no glorification)
Written for voice-over (natural rhythm, clean language)
Focus on human decisions, cause–effect, and consequences
What We're Looking For
Proven experience writing YouTube scripts (documentary, crime, history, or investigative formats preferred)
Ability to create high-retention intros (first 30–60 seconds are critical)
Strong narrative structure (setup → escalation → resolution)
