The School of Allied Health, Sport and Social Work are seeking to appoint an outstanding Academic in Social Work, eligible for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, to lead its dynamic Social Work Discipline. You will be expected to mentor and lead a team of Social Work and Human Service academics in conducting high quality research, delivering quality teaching, innovating field education and international engagement, and providing service to the Social Work profession and the broader community.
Your strategic leadership will strengthen and grow our areas of research excellence, including domestic and family violence, child and family, forensic mental health, palliative care, and technology supported social work interventions (climate and poverty) as well as new and emerging areas.
