Your purpose: In the role of Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will provide high-quality, evidence based Positive Behaviour Support services that are person-centred, trauma-informed, culturally safe, human-rights focused and committed to improving participants' quality of life.

The ideal candidate

• Tertiary qualification (or currently studying) Psychology / Occupational Therapy / Social Work / Diploma Community Services or have at least 5 years' experience developing/overseeing behaviour supports as outlined in the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework
