Account Manager Position

This position involves managing relationships and customer service for accounts at the plant level, including inside and outside sales.


The Account Manager will work to cultivate new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and explore new markets.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders, potential customers, and executive sponsors.

  • Conduct sales calls, receive and respond to phone inquiries from customers and potential customers.

  • Conduct customer feedback interviews/surveys.

  • Requirements:

    - Must have ten years of experience in sales or related field
    - Ability to quote pricing effectively
    - Demonstrate good judgment in fostering positive customer relationships.
