About the role  

Reporting to the Operations Manager - PEP, this role provides professional administrative support to the PEP Specialist team. You’ll coordinate assessments, manage program data, triage enquiries and support participants, working closely with Medical Educators, operations teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.
As our Program Administrator – PEP Specialist, you'll also:  

  • Coordinate clinical assessments, meetings, and related documentation
  • Manage participant enquiries and administrative processes
  • Maintain accurate program data across systems
  • Support Medical Educators and internal program teams

Skills & Experience

  • Strong administration experience in complex environments
  • High-level customer service and stakeholder engagement
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
