Job Purpose:
The Sales Executive / Program Advisor at NICMAR Online will be responsible for executing the B2 C sales strategy, managing customer interactions, and driving enrollments. This role requiresa proactive approachin reaching out to potential students, engaging them effectively, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
Job Outline:
- Engage prospective students through inbound and outbound calls, dedicating a minimum of 4 hours of talk time daily to provide detailed program information & resolving queries.
- Conduct follow-ups proactively to ensure maximum lead conversion and enrollment.
- Work closely with the sales leadership to meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
