Job Purpose:
The Sales Executive / Program Advisor at NICMAR Online will be responsible for executing the B2C sales strategy, managing customer interactions, and driving enrollments. This role requiresa proactive approachin reaching out to potential students, engaging them effectively, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
Job Outline:
Engage prospective students through inbound and outbound calls, dedicating a minimum of 4 hours of talk time daily to provide detailed program information & resolving queries.
Conduct follow-ups proactively to ensure maximum lead conversion and enrollment.
Work closely with the sales leadership to meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
