We’re Hiring: Program Advisor

Nutrition in Sync (NIS)

At Nutrition in Sync, a Program Advisor is not a typical sales role.

You are the first and most trusted point of contact for people beginning their health journey with us.

This is a consultative, client-first role focused on listening deeply, understanding individual health contexts, and guiding clients toward the most suitable nutrition or wellness program — with honesty, clarity, and care.


What you’ll do

             •           Engage with inbound leads via WhatsApp and phone calls

             •           Conduct thoughtful discovery conversations to understand client goals, challenges, and readiness

             •           Recommend appropriate personalized and gut-focused programs based on fit

             •           Clearly explain program structure, inclusions, duration, and investment — without over-promising

             •           Follow up in a timely, respectful, and non-pushy manner

             •           Convert qualified, aligned leads while maintaining a high-trust client experience

             •           Support clients through enrolment and onboarding

             •           Update HubSpot CRM and coordinate with nutritionists and internal teams for a smooth handover


Who this role is for

             •           Strong communicators with a warm, empathetic, consultative approach

             •           Comfortable with WhatsApp-first client interactions

             •           Organized, accountable, and aware of targets — without aggressive selling

             •           Genuinely interested in health, wellness, and long-term behavior change

             •           Experience in wellness, healthcare, nutrition, or consultative sales is preferred

             •           Freshers with strong communication skills and the right mindset are welcome
