This is a consultative, client-first role focused on listening deeply, understanding individual health contexts, and guiding clients toward the most suitable nutrition or wellness program — with honesty, clarity, and care.
What you’ll do

Engage with inbound leads via WhatsApp and phone calls
•
Conduct thoughtful discovery conversations to understand client goals, challenges, and readiness

Recommend appropriate personalized and gut-focused programs based on fit
•
Clearly explain program structure, inclusions, duration, and investment — without over-promising

Follow up in a timely, respectful, and non-pushy manner
