Job Description

We are seeking a PMO Coordinator to support the delivery of Program Alkina , a major multi‑stream transformation program encompassing organisational redesign, ERP implementation, and enterprise‑wide document governance. Reporting to the Program Director – Alkina , this role provides portfolio‑level coordination, governance, and reporting support to ensure consistent standards, visibility, and effective decision‑making across the program. This position can be Cairns or Darwin based.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain integrated program schedules, milestones, risks, and issues
  • Coordinate program forums, including steering committees and working groups
  • Track actions, decisions, and deliverables, ensuring timely escalation
  • Prepare high‑quality reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
