Job Description

Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Program Analyst to join a stable and well known team located at Aberdeen Proving Ground.

Responsibilities of the Program Analyst:

  • Plan and ensure on-schedule, within-budget project execution from beginning through end.
  • Oversee deadline completion, manages resources, and assesses and tracks any risks.
  • Ensure that projects are executed within budget; identify additional funding that may be required.
  • Work across teams to identify and schedule resources and estimate LOE.
  • Facilitate overcoming obstacles encountered by all teams involved in a project.
  • Coordinate among administrative, technical, programmatic, and customer organizations; leadership; and subject matter experts.
