Job Summary

The Program Analyst serves as a Staff Action Officer and advisor to the PROGRAM Senior Consultant and Program Manager for the Army National Guard Bureau (ARNG). The Analyst provides assistance and technical support via research and analysis. The Analyst presents program related data that affect the program as well as provides suitable recommendations.

The Analyst shall assist with training and technical support to the program Support Team. The Analyst shall assist the Senior Consultant in providing coordination and completion of DOD, DHA, and DA-level staff actions related to the program as well as synchronize correlating health assessments to include but not limited to the Mental Health and Periodic Health Assessments (MHA and PHA).
