Responsibilities The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a command headquarters level senior program analyst to plan, organize, and determine necessary policies, regulations, directives, programs, doctrine, and procedures for the establishment and maintenance of assigned major command program(s). In this capacity, prepares and directs efforts in support of annual PACAF Program Objective Memorandum (POM) through the PACAF Review Working Group, PACAF Review Group, Board and CV chaired Council. Conducts analysis necessary to inform resource allocation decision for the Biennial Planning, Programming and Budgeting System (BPPBS). Works closely with Air Force major commands, agencies, and Headquarters Air Force to recommend optimum investment strategies to COMPACAF and directors.
