Program Analyst (MCC Operations Manager)

Summary The position is responsible for oversight and coordination of all functions related to the execution of MCC, a centralized, world-wide, multi-service, website application that automates access to military and community based CY programs. The incumbent is responsible for managing all aspects of design, development and implementation of the MCC system that serves approximately 3,000 program users and 50,000 families at any given time. Responsibilities Duties include but not limited to: Responsible for the overall design and development, program management, implementation, and day-to-day operations of the MilitaryChildCare.com (MCC) application.
