PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Directorate Ship Management (N03), Special Mission Ships (PM2), Charter & Special Projs (PM22) of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND. Responsibilities You will assist planning and conducting evaluations that support program efforts to meet operational and mission specific requirements. You will assist the coordination of program strategic planning and quality processes to include business plan development, benchmarking, mission capability assessments, and contractor performance and surveillance metrics. You will collect and evaluate data provided by the Operating Company to ensure budgets, readiness and Plan of Action and Milestones (POA/M) are being met.
