PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the SUPPLY DEPARTMENT of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Responsibilities You will conduct a variety of studies related to substantive programs, process, and functions of the Supply Department. You will be assigned special projects or other ad hoc assignments such as assessing the financial health of the department, organization, and/or projects. You will plan, coordinate, and provide guidance and support to the supervisor based on facts obtained through analytical studies, investigation, and technical evaluations. You will be able to perform precise analysis of collected data, recognize weakness in work/shop processes, and formulate/recommend meaningful solutions that result in positive impact. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing internal Commitment Tracking System (CTS) items for Code 500 and following through with closing outstanding items.
