Program Architect

A large, complex organisation is delivering a major transformation program to modernise a high-volume, manually intensive service. The program aims to improve customer experience, reduce administrative burden, enable data-driven decision making, and deliver scalable, future-ready digital solutions.

A capable and committed Program Architect is required to work closely with program leadership, delivery teams, and ICT to shape and deliver a fit-for-purpose architecture that supports the program's objectives.

This role operates across both business and technology domains, with strong collaboration between transformation, digital, and ICT teams. The Program Architect will provide strategic architectural leadership during discovery, design, and procurement phases, with the opportunity to support delivery activities as the program progresses.
