Job Summary

:

As Program Asset Management & Handover Manager you will report to the Program Completions and Assurance Manager and you will provide oversight of the turnover and completions for a defined scope. Working in a delivery team this will include management of handover documentation and reporting on the program of work under your purview. In this role you will need to ensure that the contractors and program team team are aligned with the guidance set across the portfolio.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for determining requirements for handover with Delivery management and contractors, and executing a the project program that will support documentation and asset handover to Perth Airport. 

  • Ensures that correct handover requirements are identified up front and placed into contractor requirements and contracts.
