Job Summary

Responsible for supporting key accounts in the achievement of sales goals and company objectives. Will perform program and project management for assigned accounts and projects and will assist in identifying new areas for revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Contributes to the overall account management of an assigned Customer or Project(s) and keeps current with customer business initiatives.
  • Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, develops and maintains relationships with customers to foster communication and information sharing.
  • Able to define project tasks and resource requirements and lead the planning and implementation of projects.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders.
  • Lead RFQ responses on behalf of the global team.
  • Develop statements of work as necessary to support customer initiatives.
  • Ability to interact with both internal and external customers, keep up to date with internal and external activities by soliciting information from others and attending appropriate meetings.
  • Show ability in strategic planning and apply standard Project Management methodologies.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Must have good communication and negotiation skills, able to work independently and in a team.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties / projects which may be required from time to time.

Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Minimally 3-5 years of experience in key accounts management or in program management or similar disciplines.
  • Demonstrates ability to respond actively & sensitively to the needs of internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrates ability to maintain co-operative and productive relationships.
  • Demonstrate ability to respond willingly to changes in procedure, technology, assignment, tasks.
  • Demonstrates ability to provide critical thinking, conflict resolution and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrate awareness of the business issues and ability to manage the resources with effective returns.
  • Strong interest in Customer Relationship Management and thrives in high-stress environments.
  • Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to travel overseas if required.
