JOB SUMMARY
Ensures that all services are delivered in accordance with the Mission Statement and SPIRIT Values of Bridging Life Hospice and Carroll Hospital.
The Program Assistant II supports assigned Hospice team and ensures clear, accurate and concise flow of information to team members. Using effective communication and advanced organizational skills, the Program Assistant II performs a variety of administrative duties including scheduling hospice aides, ensuring documentation is complete, filing medical records, preparing team sheets, building case conference notes, and preparing clinical statistical reports.
