As a Program Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Motivate and encourage members to actively participate in centre programmes and activities.
• Support outreach efforts to attract and engage new members.
• Assist with home visits and community health screenings for seniors.
• Coordinate volunteer screening and support volunteer development and retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers and grassroots organisations.
• Facilitate befriender-befriendee matching and track programme effectiveness through regular feedback and surveys.
• Assist in planning and conducting volunteer training sessions
