Program Associate - Student Support Operations Position Summary Avanti Fellows is looking for a dedicated and field-ready Program Associate to drive end-to-end operational activities for student learning programs especially for JEE and Test Series batches The role focuses on school outreach Student interaction onboarding program execution field engagement Strong documentation with a strong focus on implementation rather than just counseling and coordination with stakeholders for smooth delivery Key responsibilities include but are not limited to 1 Student Support Mentoring Conduct one-on-one and group sessions with students Guide students on post-10th academic vocational pathways Regular counseling and onboarding 2 Outreach Enrollment Identify high-potential schools using past results government data or official inputs Conduct school and home visits to identify eligible students Administer qualifying tests offline at schools centers state...
