Job Description

The Program Consultant will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through digital channels, with a strong focus on promoting SSG and IBF funded courses. This role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on sales execution, and the ability to manage the full digital sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital sales strategies to drive enrolment for certification courses.
  • Comfortable engaging prospective learners through outbound calls.
  • Drive end-to-end sales processes for SSG and IBF funded courses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, industry partners, and individuals.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns.
  • Track and report sales KPIs, conversion rates, and ROI on campaigns.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, funding policies, and competitor offerings.
