:
Will be assigned low-medium value or low-medium complexity contracts administer following package award.The Administrator will provide ongoing contract administration/management duties in support of the Program Contracts Manager in the management of the contract including payments and variations.
Major Responsibilities:
Supports the preparation, development and administration of contracts in alignment with Perth Airport’s capital and project delivery programs.Assists in drafting contract documentation, collecting inputs from stakeholders, and setting up clear documentation and communication plans to ensure all parties understand their obligations.Monitors contractor and consultant performance against contractual and scope requirements, maintaining accurate records, updating reporting templates, and tracking progress against established KPIs.Identifies emerging issues and poten...
