Ensure program controlling procedures and Golden Rules compliance.
Ensure program controlling procedure mandatory implementation.
Check ECR (Engineering Change Request)/ECO ( (Engineering Change Order) cost incorporation
Check Inflation (Labor, others ) hypothesis compliance vs PMT (Mid-Term Plan)
Check Plant PMT (Mid-Term Plan) /Bugdet P&L (Profit and Loss) alignment with Program BP (Business Plan)
