Program Controls Lead

AECOM is seeking a Program Controls Lead to join our team. This position is designed for a seasoned program controls leader who can operate at a strategic level while ensuring disciplined execution across large, multi-project environments.

In this role, you will provide senior-level oversight and direction for program controls, partnering closely with executive leadership to align cost, schedule, risk, and performance with overarching program objectives. You will lead coordination across diverse project teams, navigate interdependencies, and ensure consistent, data-driven decision-making through clear, authoritative communication with stakeholders at all levels.
