Program Coordinator

General Description

The Program Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, advising, and supporting participants to ensure successful completion of programs offered through UCNJ Union College of Union County, NJ’s Center for Economic & Workforce Development (CEWD).This role oversees the planning, organization, management, and evaluation of assigned programs. The Program Coordinator assists in developing educational and training initiatives, works closely with instructors, monitors student participation and progress, and collaborates with funders to provide required information and reports.
