We are seeking a motivated and experienced Patient Coordinator with a strong background in both sales and healthcare operations to join our team. This role is responsible for guiding patients through their care journey while promoting our healthcare programs and services. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused and confident in achieving performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Healthcare Program Sales: Engage prospective patients in-person as well as via phone, WhatsApp, Meta Channels and email to provide information and promote healthcare programs. Manage leads and nurture leads through CRM systems to ensure timely communication and conversions. Cross-sell and upsell relevant services to existing patients.
