Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate and organized LEAD Program Coordinator for the 2025–2026 school year to oversee the day-to-day operations of our afterschool and summer programs in our Maryvale Promise Neighborhood, serving up to 80 K–8th grade students. This full-time role involves planning and leading enrichment activities, supervising staff and volunteers, and creating a safe and engaging environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, relational, and has experience in youth ministry or education.
