We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to support the client community programs. The role will initially focus on event coordination (first 2–3 months ) and then will evolve into reporting, process improvement, and automation initiatives , mainly using Dynamics and Power Automate . Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support end-to-end virtual events (scheduling, communications, hosting support). Manage stakeholder communication and follow-ups. Maintain documentation, reporting, and post-event analysis. Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational optimization . Support automation and reporting initiatives using Power Automate and Dynamics as the role evolves. Required Profile 5–6 years of experience in event coordination, program operations, or similar roles. Strong experience in process improvement, reporting, and documentation . Hands-on or strong exposure to Power Automate and/or Dynamics . Excellent stakeholder-facing communication skills. Advanced English level (C1) .
