Program Coordinator- Outward Bound Australia

As a Program Coordinator with Outward Bound Australia, you’ll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and supporting the safe and effective delivery of outdoor education programs. You’ll work closely with our Head of Operations, and field teams to ensure programs are well designed, logistically sound, and meet the educational and wellbeing needs of participants. This dynamic role blends office‑based planning with field engagement and occasional hands‑on delivery support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both operational organisation and outdoor leadership.

You’ll coordinate high‑quality programs, manage logistics, communicate with clients and staff, mentor instructors, support field delivery, conduct risk assessments, and complete all program documentation accurately and on time.
