Job Description
Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor, responsible for scheduling and implementation of continuing education courses for Human Services. Plan events, conferences, symposiums, convenings and meetings. Provide overall management for contract-related and county-specific projects, including fiscal responsibility of the program and overseeing instructor compensation, facilities and catering. Review class evaluations and provide feedback and new program ideas to supervisor. Consult with client agencies and instructors to determine client needs for training. Establish and adhere to project procedures to guarantee completion of contract goals. Provide quality customer service, assist with the development of new projects, assist with administrative team projects, participate in/attend unit and department-wide meetings and committees. Provide onsite and virtual support for trainings, institutes, conferences, and special programs. Assist with compiling program data and creating reports.A
