Job Description

Reporting to the Engagement Manager, the Program Coordinator is responsible for managing fieldwork for annual studies across the US and Canada within the insurance and asset management industries. This includes identifying and recruiting appropriate target respondents, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and supporting the successful execution of multiple studies throughout the year.

As the first point of contact for respondents, this role requires excellent stakeholder communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with senior industry participants.
