Role Overview:

The Program Coordinator is a senior classroom leader who functions as both a Lead Teacher and a mentor/coach for the teaching team. This role models best practices, guides curriculum planning, supports classroom environments across the center, assists with staff onboarding and development, and helps ensure alignment with program values and licensing requirements.
