**Job Description:**

    We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our pre-production build events with timelines, ensuring materials are ordered and trackers in place to support build quantities.

  • Translate customer program requirements into achievable program plans that satisfy both the company and the customer. Inform customers in writing when program milestones are at risk, providing recovery plans.
  • Manage pre-production build events with timelines, material orders/trackers, and sample requests to support build quantities/trackers.
  • Launch all new development or active maintenance programs on time to meet customer delivery schedules while achieving PPAP and Run at Rate requirements.
