We are seeking an experienced Programme Director to provide executive leadership of the Enabling Innovation Framework (EIF) within a nuclear, highly regulated and safety-critical environment.

This role holds end-to-end accountability for the strategic direction, governance and delivery of EIF activity in support of nuclear decommissioning, hazard reduction and long-term risk mitigation. The Programme Director will operate as a senior, trusted partner to executive stakeholders, ensuring innovation is targeted, controlled and directly aligned to safety, regulatory and value-for-money outcomes.
