The Program Director, Delivery Strategy, Capability and Partnerships will report directly to the Executive Group Manager, Delivery – Housing.

Primary responsibilities of the role will include:

• Provide strategic leadership to sourcing, negotiating and securing a land and development pipeline of projects to grow the Housing ACT managed residential portfolio to 13,200, and assume primary accountability for the ongoing performance of the project delivery at a program level by the end of 2030.
• Set strategic directions to the development of procurement methodologies and delivery strategies for the housing program for the Territory, and in the context of broader industry capacity and environment, and provide expert advice to the Director General, Head of Service, Ministers and Cabinet in relation to their decisions.
