Program Director, Learning & Development

Kahoot! is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive the vision, strategy, and success of our Learning & Development (L&D) customer segment for small, medium and large enterprise businesses. As a key collaborator with the Kahoot! Executive Team, you will shape the roadmap for this business area, leveraging deep market insights to inform company-wide decisions. In this role, you'll partner with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to address customer needs, craft impactful commercial solutions, and lead strategic initiatives that accelerate product usage and drive revenue growth.
