:Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Program Director to join our dynamic team in the United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of a multi-billion-dollar metro/rail project that combines cutting-edge technology, sustainable design, and innovative engineering solutions, and ensure seamless delivery in line with all program requirements from concept design through to project closeout.
What You'll Be Doing:
Establish program requirements for all areas of the project and monitor draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria.
Oversee the establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other necessary documents.
Act as the Company representative with the client and select subcontractors during program execution.
