Academic Program Lead

The role of the Academic Program Lead is to spearhead the development and implementation of high-quality educational programs.

This position requires a strong background in education, academic rigor, and content creation. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and refining instructional materials to ensure alignment with applicable standards and guidelines.

• Create, review, and refine English content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and academic rigor.
• Evaluate instructional materials to guarantee they meet quality benchmarks and are suitable for diverse learners.

The ideal candidate possesses:

• A Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on English instruction.
• 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and/or reviewing curriculum for an educational publisher or EdTech company, with a solid foundation in literary genres and critical analysis.
