Job Description – Client & Team Operations Lead

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Global Operational Excellence, you will drive impact by fostering strong client and team relationships. You’ll motivate your team to resolve issues, achieve goals, and advance their careers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage communications with clients and business partners, ensuring alignment of goals and needs.
  • Engage and support your team by conveying client priorities and keeping projects on track.
  • Improve key success metrics, including forecasting accuracy, revenue and margin targets, client and employee satisfaction scores, call volume projections, and contractual goals.
