Role Summary - Responsible for full lifecycle leadership of large, cross-functional programs, ensuring delivery according to scope, budget, timeline, and performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct execution of complex product development and industrialization programs.
• Manage budget, schedule, resources, and risks across program phases.
• Coordinate alignment with customers, senior management, and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate program status, issues, and decision needs clearly to all levels.
• Integrate efforts across R&D, process development, NPI, quality, supply chain, production, and operations.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality, cost, and performance KPIs.
