JOB SUMMARY:

The Program Director is accountable for the overall management of assigned WCG client relationships, as well as the coordination and governance of those partnerships. This role will be responsible to provide program oversight and develop KPI’s to ensure our WCG solutions meet our customers’ needs. The Program Director will also assist with building a foundation and unifying the integration of our service delivery to provide the customer with seamless service experience.
