Program Facilitator

About the role

We are seeking an engaging, compassionate Program Facilitator to lead New Dimensions, a monthly social group for neurodivergent young adults (18–25 years). The program focuses on building social connection, confidence and community through enjoyable, semi-structured activities in a supportive, inclusive environment.

You will create a welcoming space where participants feel safe, respected and understood, using a neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based approach. The role requires flexibility, empathy, and the ability to adapt activities in real time to participant needs.
