<p><p><b>Description:</b><br/>We are seeking to hire Engagement Manager / Program Governance Lead with 12+ years of experience in in large enterprise or consulting environments.<br/><br/><b>Role Overview:</b><br/>The Engagement Manager is responsible for end-to-end program governance, financial oversight, stakeholder alignment, and delivery assurance for enterprise transformation initiatives.<br/>The role requires strong governance capability, executive communication, crisis negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of modern device management technologies (Intune / Autopilot) to effectively guide technical and business stakeholders.<br/><br/><b>Key Governance & Establish and manage PMO governance, including structure, reporting cadence, RAID logs, and quality controls.</p><p><br/>- Lead risk management, issue resolution, and escalation pathways.</p><p><br/>- Deliver Steering Committee reporting, ensuring clear status communication to executives and sponsors.<br/><br/><b>Financial & Contractual Oversee budget tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.</p><p><br/>- Manage Statements of Work (SOW), ensuring scope, deliverables, and commercial terms are monitored and controlled.</p><p><br/>- Support vendor governance and contract alignment throughout the engagement.<br/><br/><b>Technical Awareness & Delivery Maintain a high-level understanding of Modern Management technologies (Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, cloud-based endpoint management).</p><p><br/>- Guide technical teams using an Agile/Waterfall Hybrid approach depending on project phase and risk profile.</p><p><br/>- Ensure delivery is aligned to business outcomes, timelines, and quality expectations.<br/><br/><b>Stakeholder Management & Drive stakeholder diplomacy, balancing competing priorities and navigating political environments.</p><p><br/>- Perform crisis negotiation and escalation management during critical incidents or delivery risks.</p><p><br/>- Build strong relationships across business, technical, and executive teams.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & 12+ years of program / engagement management experience in large enterprise or consulting environments.</p><p><br/>- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and oversee complex technology programs.</p><p><br/>- Strong governance, financial tracking, and executive reporting capabilities.</p><p><br/>- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-management skills.<br/><br/><b>Preferred PMP or PRINCE2.</p><p><br/>- ITIL V4 Strategic Leader.</p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
